Showroom pick up is available for our in-stock items only (all items are in stock unless specified otherwise, EX: Pre-order, out of stock). In your cart you will be able to schedule your desired date/time for pick up, please adhere to that time or notify us with any changes via our contact page. PLEASE DO NOT choose the pick up option at checkout if you are unable to pick up your order at our showroom in the capital region of NY. A shipping invoice will be sent to you if you choose the pick up option at checkout and you are unable to pick up at our location. (CHOOSE THE SHIPPING OPTION IF PICK UP DOES NOT APPLY TO YOU). In addition to your order confirmation email, you will receive an email within 24 hours with pick up instructions. NOTE: after hour orders will be processed the following business day. Same day orders are available for pick up if order is placed before 12pm.  If you choose pick up you will be required to pick up your order within 7 business days. Failure to pick up your order without notifying us of special request/extensions via email or our contact page(contact us) will result in your order being cancelled, the items will be restocked and store credit will be issued to customer. NO EXCEPTIONS.
