ALL ITEMS ARE NON REFUNDABLE ONCE ORDER IS PLACED. STORE CREDIT ONLY. NO EXCEPTIONS.

PLEASE ALLOW 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS FOR ALL SHIPPING ORDERS TO PROCESS. 

PLEASE SCHEDULE YOUR PICK UP DAY & TIME IN THE CART SCREEN. ALLOW UP TO 24HRS FROM YOUR ORDER PLACEMENT FOR ORDER PICK UP PREPARATION. MUST SHOW CONFIRMATION EMAIL OR FORM OF iD FOR ALL PICK UP ORDERS. 

SHIPPED ORDERS: Returns should be made within 72 hours of the customer receiving their package. This means the item must be shipped back to us within 72 hours, providing tracking number on return form. Please fill out the return form when returning or exchanging. Customer is responsible for any return/exchange shipping cost to our mailing address. Our mailing address is . Items must be unworn, unwashed or unaltered and in the same condition it was sent in. We do not accept exchanges on bodysuits, bathing suits, undergarments, and jewelry. The PrieView has the right to refuse any exchanges or returns. The return process may vary case by case. Please pay close attention to sizing details and feel free to contact us with any questions before ordering. After one exchange is honored on the original order #, a second exchange will not be honored on the original order number. 

PICK UP ORDERS: Returns should be made within 48 hours of pick up from our showroom. Please fill out the return form when returning or exchanging. Items must be directly returned with someone from our team, we are not responsible for any items left outside of our showroom. Items must be unworn, unwashed or unaltered and in the same condition it was purchased in. We do not accept exchanges on bodysuits, bathing suits, undergarments, and jewelry. The PrieView has the right to refuse any exchanges or returns.
