Shipping & Handling

Please allow 3-5 business days for all orders to ship from our store. This DOES NOT INCLUDE weekends or holidays. Processing times may be slightly delayed during promotional sales and holidays. Once order is processed and shipped, allow additional shipping time for your order to be delivered, a tracking number and shipping information email will be sent once the order is packaged and ready to ship. PrieView holds no responsibility of the package once the package is in the possession of the courier. We use UPS & USPS as our shipping courier depending on your shipping selection at checkout. PrieView is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Please contact the courier or appropriate parties if you have any issues with lost or stolen packages. We will not issue store credit or replace any items that have been lost or stolen. Please use the contact form or our store email if you need an update on an order that is out of the processing window. Pre orders usually ship on the stated pre order date or 1-5 days from stated pre order date. 

We DO ship to P.O. boxes however we have the right to cancel an order when the shipping address is a P.O. box, the billing address is different from the P.O box and there is suspicion of fraud(reported to us from our pos system). If there is no fraud suspicion, your order will follow normal processing time. P.O. box orders will vary on a case by case basis. 

 We are not responsible for packages returned to us from undeliverable addresses. You will be sent an invoice to reship items back to you or order will be cancelled, store credit will be issued and items will be restocked.
